Vape Society is committed to responsible retailing and complies with all UK laws prohibiting the sale of nicotine products to persons under 18 years of age.

This Age Verification Policy explains how we verify customer age and how we handle related information.

1. Legal Requirement

Under UK law, it is illegal to sell e-cigarettes and nicotine-containing products to anyone under 18.

  • Refuse sale and delivery where age cannot be verified

  2. Document checks, where you may be asked to provide:

  3. Age-verified delivery, where the courier checks ID at the door.

Our age verification partners may use:

  • Public databases
  • Electoral roll records
  • Credit reference data (soft checks that do not affect your credit score)

4. Information We Collect for Age Verification

  • Full name
  • Billing and delivery address
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • In some cases, scanned photo ID

5. If Age Verification Fails

  • You may be asked to provide valid photo ID
  • If verification fails, your order will be cancelled and refunded (minus any non-recoverable fees where applicable)

6. Challenge 25 / Delivery Checks

  • Recipients appearing under 25 may be asked for ID
  • Delivery will be refused without valid ID

7. Third-Party Providers

  • You consent to data sharing for age verification
  • Data may be retained for audit and compliance purposes

9. Circumventing Age Checks
